Outdoor group for under 10 year olds and their parents or carers.
Devised and delivered by qualified Early Years teacher, Phil Waldram (Level 3 Forest School training, DBS check and Outdoor First Aid Qualification), and linked with the Early Years curriculum to teach children through play.
The carefully planned series of simple sessions aims to build up confidence and enthusiasm for the outdoors through the introduction of the friendly monsters and their sticky situations.
Our Philosophy
Muddy Monsters' believe that it is every child's right to explore and play outdoors in all weathers to experience, first hand the beauty of nature.

The classes aim to inspire and enthuse the children to explore, create and observe the natural world and engage with the activities, stimulated by the monsters.
Also, the aim is to give parents and carers the confidence to continue with outdoor play and learning long after their Muddy Monster's experience.
